Shift Details : 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Description:

• Request and collect medical records from external providers (clinics, hospitals, labs, radiology centers).
• Receive, process, and upload imaging and documents into patient charts.
• Create and update patient records in the EMR system (Cerner).
• Monitor referrals and flag urgent cases to the Healthcare Navigator team.
• Manage email and fax inboxes; route or upload documents as needed.
• Send registration forms and patient information to new patients.
