Internship Opportunity

Hours Per Week: Approximately 35 hours per week (standard business hours are 9:00 AM5:00 PM). Schedules are flexible to accommodate current student class commitments.

Approximate Duration: June/July 2026 through early/mid-2027. Internships may last up to 11 months from the start date.

Hybrid Work Schedule: Interns are expected to work onsite Monday through Wednesday, with the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.

Basic Function of the Position: To assist CES Operations with event management for a large-scale trade show, including attendee customer service, registration, and temporary staff management and training.

Critical Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review registration website and submit all requested changes to vendor and test site for updates.
  • Field registration related customer service calls/emails.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal questions regarding CES registration database functionality. Create simple how-to guides for internal staff use.
  • Maintain website content for registration and show planning pages.
  • Assist with temporary staffing scheduling.
  • Assist in training internal teams on registration related systems and processes.
  • Assist with show shipment to Las Vegas.
  • Perform other duties as required by business needs.

Education and Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong written and verbal communication is a must.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization is critical.
  • Ability to multi-task and work within multiple systems is a plus.

Additional Information:

  • Travel to CES 2027 is required.
  • PAID Internship.
