The Role

The Operations Assistant supports daily banking operations, customer servicing, and compliance-related activities. This role is fully on-site and works closely with operations and leadership teams to ensure accurate processing and high-quality customer support.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Respond to inbound customer calls and resolve account or service issues
• Process banking transactions and support daily operational workflows
• Assist with compliance, risk, and audit-related reviews
• Troubleshoot account, product, and system-related questions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of banking or branch operations experience
• Strong understanding of banking products and account servicing
• Comfortable providing phone-based customer support
• Detail-oriented with a compliance-focused mindset
• Reliable, professional, and comfortable working in an in-office environment

What Will Set You Apart

• Prior operations or back-office banking experience
• Exposure to compliance, audit, or risk functions
• Ability to work independently while knowing when to ask for support
