Weis Markets - 7100 Salem Fields Boulevard - Responsibilities: Promotes excellent customer relations by instilling positive customer focused behavior with associates.; Assists Customer Experience Manager in overseeing all aspects of front-end operations.; Directs the flow of customers through the Front End and ensures sufficient checkouts are open.; Operates front-end scanning equipment and registers and handles checkout procedures.; Supports training and onboarding of customer experience associates and participates in performance reviews.
