Along with that, they will be doing general assembly, packing, shipping and receiving on a daily basis. Proficiency in computers is needed for this position.<br><br><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday to Thursday 6AM-4:30PM<br><strong>Starting Wage:</strong> $18.00 per hour<br><br><u><strong>Manufacturing Technician Job duties: </strong></u></span></span><ul><li ><span ><span >Places stickers on parts, load parts on racks, load racks on conveyor line. </span></span><li ><span ><span >Completes assigned tasks by operating a variety of machines, equipment and tools including but not limited to: CNC machines, molding, tumbler, water jet, string machines, bander, pallet wrapper, shipping, engraving, painting, fork lift, pallet jack, walk behind fork truck, hand tools, and PC’s.</span></span><li ><span ><span >Assembles bow components according to bow specifications, places required stickers on bow.</span></span><li ><span ><span >Removes finished product and Work-In-Process from racks.</span></span><li ><span ><span >Inspects parts to ensure company quality standards are met.</span></span><li ><span ><span >Participates in Improvement projects or events, when assigned.</span></span><li ><span ><span >Reads specifications of bow to understand dexterity, color and model.</span></span><li ><span ><span >Packs bows and parts in proper packages for customer specifications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.</span></span><li ><span ><span >Receives components and raw materials into inventory, confirming accuracy of items received, places components into proper location.</span></span><li ><span ><span >Assists in all departments as needed.</span></span><li ><span ><span >Performs daily housekeeping duties.</span></span></ul><div ><span ><span ><u><strong>Manufacturing Technician Requirements:</strong></u></span></span></div><ul><li >Previous machine operation required.<li ><span ><span >High School diploma or equivalent preferred. </span></span><li ><span ><span >Individual must possess: ability to adapt to change in priorities on a daily basis; strong mechanical abilities; basic knowledge of and ability to use hand tools; excellent verbal communication skills; professional demeanor and appearances-solving skills</span></span><li ><span ><span >Ability to manage time effectively; self-motivation skills</span></span><li ><span ><span >Ability to build positive work relationships with coworkers and customers</span></span><li ><span ><span >Ability to interact professionally with a wide variety of people. </span></span><li ><span ><span >Must be able to perform basic math </span></span><li ><span ><span >Basic computer skills including MS Office products </span></span><li ><span ><span >A keen sense of touch and hearing to test the products quality</span></span></ul><div > </div><span ><span > </span></span><span ><span ><em>ABR Employment Services is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
