The organization focuses on structured programs and operational excellence, offering a professional and detail-oriented environment.

Our client is seeking a contract Project Assistant to assist with a high-volume document update initiative. This role involves converting and standardizing documents into a consistent format using Microsoft Word templates while ensuring accuracy and brand alignment. The ideal candidate is organized, self-directed, and experienced in handling document-heavy workloads.

  • Reformat and migrate existing documents into standardized templates
  • Review content to ensure consistency, accuracy, and proper formatting
  • Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat to edit and manage files
  • Track and report progress on assigned tasks
  • Communicate effectively with leadership regarding updates, questions, or roadblocks
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a corporate or professional office setting
  • Prior experience supporting projects or handling document formatting tasks
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and working knowledge of Excel
  • Experience editing and managing PDFs using Adobe Acrobat
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Effective written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
