Job DescriptionJob Number: R0236421 The Opportunity: As a Secure Space Project Coordinator and Requirements Manager, you will serve as a central orchestrator for the intake, planning, execution, and compliance management of secure space initiatives. You will coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the planning, execution, accreditation, and utilization of secure spaces in partnership with key security, IT, and facility stakeholders. You will help meet compliance with DoD and Intelligence Community requirements throughout the project lifecycle. You'll lead process improvements to streamline workflows, create and implement SOPs that raise compliance and operational velocity, and modernize technological solutions, including SharePoint or Power Platform trackers, automated intake, and dashboards, that scale and manage high workloads with transparency and control. You Have:
- 5+ years of experience with project management, including leading multi-stakeholder initiatives and supporting delivery across planning, execution, and closeout
- Experience with secure facility lifecycle delivery such as SCIF, SAPF, or closed and open storage, including requirements development, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
- Experience building trusted relationships
- Experience modernizing tools, systems, and processes to manage high volume, fast-paced workloads
- Experience with data analytics to provide actionable insights with secure space demand and inventory data, including capacity, occupancy, utilization, desires, and requirements
- Ability to develop and manage workflow tools, dashboards, and automated processes to support intake and operations
- Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
- HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with secure facility standards such as ICD705-1, ICD705-2, cFR 32 7001, and IC Tech specs and accreditation processes
- Experience partnering with construction project managers, real estate teams, industrial security, and government clients
- Knowledge of project management principles and best practices, including ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
- Knowledge of classification and security guidelines by government agencies for data loss prevention
- Ability to consolidate strategic outcomes, manage competing priorities, and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders
- Ability to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and output briefings, and implement security procedures in compliance with Intelligence Community directives and government policies
- Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree
- PMP Certification
Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Compensation at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
