Job DescriptionDuties Help
- You will apply program management, leadership and development skill, as well as delivering products/services
- You will be responsible for planning and programming infrastructure life-cycle management projects for an installation
- You will apply knowledge of facility engineering, infrastructure classification, construction delivery methods, and contract types to develop cost and schedule estimates
- You will have understanding of customer mission needs and translating facilities engineering requirements into products and services

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- This position is covered under Public Law 114-264, the Program Management Improvement Accountability Act (PMIAA).
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- Occasional travel away from the normal duty station is required; less than 25% of the time
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver's license.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred and sought in the recruitment for this position. An advanced degree is highly desirable.
