Key Responsibilities
Oversee the full lifecycle of project billing, including setup, invoicing, revisions, and client correspondence.
Analyze contracts, change orders, and documentation to ensure billing accuracy and adherence to terms.
Create and manage invoices across multiple formats while maintaining up-to-date billing structures.
Collaborate with project managers and clients to address and resolve billing discrepancies.
Maintain organized records including proposal tracking, project setup forms, and billing documentation.
Participate in billing reviews and ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and on time.

What We’re Looking For
Associate’s degree in Accounting or 5+ years of relevant billing or accounting experience.
Solid knowledge of project-based billing, Shared Services environments, and billing workflows.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and accounting systems.
