Accounting Manager

We are seeking an Accounting Manager to lead financial accounting operations and support accurate financial reporting across multiple entities. This role oversees daily accounting functions, manages a team of accounting professionals, and ensures compliance with GAAP while driving process improvements and operational efficiency.

Schedule: Full-Time | Days (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

Salary: Starting at $90,000+, based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Review monthly financial statements for accuracy and completeness
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes
• Support annual budget development and capital planning
• Coordinate annual audits and prepare supporting documentation
• Supervise and mentor a team of 10–15 accounting staff
• Maintain and improve accounting systems, processes, and internal controls
• Collaborate with department leaders to provide financial insights and reporting

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting xywuqvp
• Supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong reconciliation and financial reporting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Healthcare accounting experience
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification
• 5+ years of accounting experience in a complex financial environment
