The Sales Coordinator provides administrative support to the sales team and light inside sales tasks to help streamline processes, manage client accounts, and ensure excellent customer service. This role acts as a liaison between the sales team and clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely execution of sales processes. Assist the sales team in daily operations, including managing schedules, preparing sales documents, and maintaining CRM systems.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely follow-up.
Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and contracts.
Assist with qualifying inbound leads and converting them into sales opportunities
Identify opportunities to cross-sell services across multiple divisions
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., dispatch, accounting, division leaders) to ensure the timely delivery of services.
Monitor sales trends and generate regular sales reports and forecasts.
Support sales campaigns and promotional activities.
Maintain and organize customer databases and sales records.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, presentations, and product demos.
Continuously educate yourself on service offerings, industry trends and client needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
Sales Coordinator Education & Desire Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, experience with Pipedrive a plus
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experience in skilled trades or service industry, preferred but not required.
Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
Basic data analysis skills.
