Staff Delivery Manager

This role sits at the heart of a large-scale digital transformation, driving the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-impact consumer and commercial platforms. You will act as the central coordination point across multiple product squads, engineering teams, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of strategic roadmaps. The position requires strong leadership in a highly matrixed, fast-paced environment where priorities evolve quickly and precision of delivery is critical. You will translate executive vision into structured execution plans while managing dependencies across systems, APIs, and data flows. This is a highly visible role working closely with senior leadership to ensure timely, high-quality product launches at scale. Success in this position depends on strong operational discipline, systems thinking, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while driving clarity and momentum.

  • Embed agile practices at scale, removing blockers, improving transparency, and strengthening delivery accountability across teams.
  • Monitor product health, operational readiness, and performance metrics to ensure scalable, compliant, and high-performing digital services.

  • Deep systems thinking with the ability to understand interdependencies across multiple products and technical domains.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and technical teams without direct authority.
  • Familiarity with modern digital ecosystems, including APIs, cloud-based architectures, and marketing technology stacks.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, translating high-level strategy into structured execution plans.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and prioritization capabilities.
