Construction Manager 5

Our client, a global technology and cloud infrastructure company, is seeking a Construction Manager to join their team. As a Construction Manager, you will be part of the Construction & Engineering organization supporting large‑scale, ground‑up infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, strategic planning capabilities, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Construction Manager 5
Location: Onsite – Indianapolis, IN
Pay Range: $77.71 – $83.70 per hour

What’s the Job?

• Oversee construction operations as the senior Microsoft representative on a large‑scale, ground‑up project
• Coordinate projects by developing detailed execution plans and integrating technical and construction activities
• Review, recommend, and approve contracts, cost estimates, and change orders
• Manage project cost, schedule, and overall performance to ensure successful execution
• Communicate project progress, risks, and challenges effectively to program and regional leadership

What’s Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related construction discipline
• 10+ years of construction management experience (15+ years preferred)
• Strong experience with earthworks and horizontal construction
• Proven ability to review and interpret complex construction drawings
• Demonstrated experience managing project cost and schedule on large, complex projects
