- M–F schedule (8a–6p); no weekends
- Light call (phone only; shared rotation)
- Reports to Medical Director
- Dedicated 1:1 MA support

- $160K salary + $10K Sign on
- Up to $10K relocation
- NHSC/HRSA loan repayment ($50K+)
