Business Development Manager

About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Drive sales growth by identifying and developing new client relationships in New York City and the Metro Area
  • Manage the full business development cycle—from prospecting to closing and account management
  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, video, and in-person meetings
  • Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Represent CFS with professionalism, integrity, and a consultative approach
