Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.

What You'll Do: As the Patient Dining Manager , you will play a key leadership role in delivering compassionate, high-quality patient services:
- Lead, train, and inspire a team of union frontline employees
- Oversee daily patient dining operations, ensuring timely and accurate meal service
- Drive a culture of patient-centered care and service excellence
- Collaborate with nursing and clinical teams to support nutritional care plans
- Monitor and improve patient satisfaction scores (HCAHPS/Press Ganey)
- Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards (HACCP, DOH, Joint Commission)
- Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives

What You Bring:
- Experience in healthcare food service or patient dining operations
- Proven ability to lead in a union environment (preferred)
- Strong customer service and patient experience focus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, urban healthcare setting
- Familiarity with bedside dining programs / food service systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
