Client Services Engineer

Our client, a leader in autonomous mobility, is seeking a dedicated Client Services Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Client Services Engineer, you will be an integral part of the IT support team, providing exceptional technical services to enhance employee productivity and user experience. Location: Foster City, CA

Pay Range: $45/hour + Benefits

What's the Job?

• Provide comprehensive technical support for end-user technology services through platforms like ServiceNow and Slack.
• Research, install, upgrade, and maintain internal systems and SaaS platforms to ensure optimal performance.
• Support conference room systems, printers, digital signage, and other office equipment to facilitate smooth operations.
• Collaborate across teams on client-side projects aimed at improving security, efficiency, and user experience.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for internal processes and user support articles to promote knowledge sharing.

What's Needed?

• At least 3 years of experience in IT support or administration roles, demonstrating technical proficiency and customer service skills.
• Experience working with Windows 10, Ubuntu, Chrome OS, and macOS within enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with VMware, virtualization software, and Google Workspace administration and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts such as VPN, DHCP, and DNS, along with security best practices.
• Proficiency with ticketing and documentation tools like ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence, and experience with Active Directory and SSO configurations.
