- Lead the implementation and sustainment of a complex cybersecurity program within a healthcare facility.
- Engage regularly with hospital leaders in IT, clinical, quality, security, and audit functions.
- Provide guidance on cybersecurity issues related to medical devices and urgent threats.
- Support internal and external cybersecurity audits and lead remediation efforts.
- Oversee local HTM cybersecurity training and awareness programs for staff and leadership.
- Evaluate and develop cybersecurity competencies within the HTM team.
- Represent Sodexo in industry forums and maintain up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity trends.
- Drive stakeholder alignment, change management, and resource planning to ensure program success.

What You Bring:
- Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder cybersecurity programs, preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity standards, healthcare compliance requirements, and risk management practices.
- Excellent project and program management skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare technologies, especially medical devices.
- Effective communicator with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage KPIs and drive results across functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
