LHH is assisting a leading mid-sized law firm in NYC in its search for a Commercial Real Estate Finance Associate. An ideal candidate will have at least 5-8+ years of experience experience closing real estate finance transactions. Duties include working with a team of attorneys and reviewing diligence, drafting loan documents and assisting with commercial real estate loan closings on behalf of financial institutions and borrowers. Experience in Not-For-Profit financing or Affordable Housing Finance is a plus. This firm offers a collegial work environment, a hybrid work schedule and good work/life balance (1800 billables).

Qualifications:

• 5-8+ years of commercial real estate finance experience

• Strong academic credentials

• Admitted to the NY bar
