Position: Staff Accountant

Salary: $65,000-$85,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities of the Corporate Accountant:

• Prepare journal entries and ensure accurate transaction coding.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and maintain supporting schedules.
• Manage full cycle accounts receivable - invoicing, collections, cash applications, and donation reconciliations.
• Serve as primary contact for parents regarding billing and financial aid.
• Prepare financial aid worksheets and assist families with required documentation and appeals.

Background Expected of the Corporate Accountant:

• 1+ year(s) experience in an accounting position
• Strong communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree
