Treasurer Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day cash management, ensuring sufficient liquidity to support operations across multiple funds and investment accounts
• Monitor and manage high-volume cash flow, including forecasting, tracking inflows and outflows, and maintaining financial stability
• Support the budgeting process by partnering with leadership to align cash flow planning with organizational objectives
• Assist with annual audit preparation, including account reconciliations, documentation, and coordination with auditors
• Manage and track non-trading investment activity, ensuring accurate reporting and adherence to organizational policies

Treasurer Requirements

• Prior experience in a nonprofit environment is strongly preferred
• Experience with cash flow management
• Experience with Sage accounting software is a plus
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision
