- 12 Hour Shift Day and Night 7am-7pm, 7pm-7am, 8am-8pm, 8pm-8am
- Day shift/Night Shift
- Monday to Friday availability
- Weekend availability
- Self-determined schedule

Base Pay Rate: $19.65 - $21.32 per hour
Care Delivery:To provide the highest quality of care to Allegiant Home Care clients utilizing the Plan of Care provided to ensure clients' needs are met in relation to safety, well-being and satisfaction.- Help patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other daily tasks.
- Perform basic health care services for patients including monitoring and recording vital signs
- Help with general light housekeeping.
