We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to oversee Human Resources and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) in our automotive metal-mechanical manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end HR processes: talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and engagement
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and corporate standards
• Drive a strong safety culture, ensuring full EHS regulatory compliance
• Lead audits, incident investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with plant leadership to align HR & EHS strategies with business goals
• Manage and optimize Workday (HRIS), including reporting, data analysis, and system utilization

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in HR & EHS within manufacturing (automotive preferred)
• Strong knowledge of labor and safety regulations
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Experience xywuqvp with Workday (HRIS & analytics) required
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
