Our Client, a highly regarded national law firm, is seeking a lender-side Real Estate Finance Partner with significant experience representing banks, private debt and equity funds, insurance companies, publicly traded companies, and other institutional investors in complex commercial real estate transactions nationwide. The practice includes acquisition, bridge and construction financing; syndications, co-lender agreements and participations; as well as loan restructurings, distressed assets, and workouts. Experience handling both single-asset and large portfolio transactions is important.

While a portable book is always welcome, this is a rare opportunity where no business is required. The ideal candidate would have strong lender-side depth and the capacity to support an established practice within the firm. The compensation structure is highly competitive.
