Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily operations at our Phoenix office. This role is ideal for someone with a finance and HR background who can manage administrative processes, support internal teams, and help maintain an efficient and professional work environment.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English
- Experience in office administration or similar role
- Background in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail,
and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency in administrative assistance and office administration tasks
- Demonstrated customer service abilities and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and independently as needed
Nice to have:
- Degree or certification in finance/accounting
- Experience in small business operations
