Finance Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze accounting records and financial reports for accuracy and compliance
• Develop and manage budgets; compare actuals vs. forecasts
• Maintain and improve accounting and recordkeeping systems
• Prepare tax returns and ensure regulatory compliance
• Perform additional finance-related duties as needed

Must Have Skills:

• Business case, contract, and budget review experience
• Strong financial acumen
• Forecasting and annual planning
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables required)
• Experience collaborating with business partners (e.g., managers, business office)

Flex Skills:

• Experience with Hyperion

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5–7 years of relevant financial/accounting experience
• Advanced degree preferred
