Registered Nurse (RN)
LifeBridge Health is seeking a compassionate, patient-centered Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team and contribute to our mission of improving health and promoting well-being in the diverse communities we serve. As an RN with LifeBridge Health, you will provide direct, evidence-based nursing care to patients across the continuum of care within our regional healthcare system, which includes hospitals, specialty centers, and community health-related operations. Working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team, you will perform thorough patient assessments, develop and implement individualized plans of care, administer medications and treatments safely, monitor patient progress, and respond promptly to changes in condition. You will be responsible for accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR), effective communication with physicians and other care team members, and active participation in care coordination, discharge planning, and patient and family education. In this role, you will play a key part in promoting patient safety through adherence to infection prevention protocols, fall and injury prevention strategies, and established quality and safety initiatives. You will engage in unit-based and system-wide improvement efforts that leverage innovation and data-driven decision-making to enhance care delivery, outcomes, and the patient experience.
