Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support the research, design, and development of new mechanical systems and equipment. This role will be responsible for contributing to projects from initial concept through production, including prototyping, testing, and design improvements. The position involves hands-on engineering work and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure product performance, quality, and manufacturability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop mechanical components and systems
• Support prototyping, testing, and validation of new designs
• Analyze performance and troubleshoot design issues
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and other internal teams
• Assist with documentation, drawings, and engineering changes
• Contribute to continuous improvement and product development efforts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of mechanical design or R&D experience
• Experience with 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with manufacturing processes (machining, welding, fabrication)
• Familiarity with prototyping and testing methods
• Exposure to automation, robotics, or complex mechanical systems
