Key Responsibilities

• Support high‑volume recruiting efforts by assisting with candidate sourcing, resume review, and initial outreach
• Coordinate interviews and hiring logistics by scheduling with hiring managers and maintaining consistent communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Assist with new hire onboarding by preparing paperwork, coordinating start dates, and ensuring pre‑employment requirements such as drug screens are completed.
• Provide general HR administrative support, including maintaining accurate candidate records in the ATS
