Data & Reporting Analyst (on-site)

Salary:$65,000 – $75,000 per year

• Support the preparation of financial and operational reports for leadership and department heads
• Assist in maintaining and improving reporting tools and systems
• Collaborate with accounting, finance, and corporate teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Participate in special projects related to systems and process improvements
• Work alongside a senior data professional to learn and eventually take ownership of reporting functions
• Respond to ad-hoc data requests and contribute to cross-functional initiatives

• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or finance
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, learning-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work 100% on-site in Springfield, MA
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities
• Experience with Excel, reporting tools, or financial systems (a plus)
