Humana is seeking driven and curious interns to support the Investor Relations and Capital Strategy & Planning teams within our Finance organization. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is seeking exposure to evolving business processes and contributes to strategic decision-making across multiple finance functions.
The intern will collaborate on strategic and analytical projects, including the development of standardized reporting, process documentation, and governance frameworks. Responsibilities could include financial modeling, returns management, regulatory analysis, and integrating external data and research to enhance efficiency. The intern might also utilize advanced data analytics and Power BI to deliver actionable insights and support process improvement initiatives, with opportunities to leverage AI and modern analytics tools.
This is an in-person internship in Louisville, KY or Arlington, VA and will require in-office work 2-3 days per week.

Pay Range: $37,440 - $96,800 per year
