Litigation Attorney

Insero Talent Solutions is recruiting a Litigation Attorney for a growing, mid-sized law firm in Rochester, NY.

Job Description

• Consult with clients on legal best practices
• Review, prepare, draft pleadings, motions, memoranda etc.
• Review responsive pleadings and determine the best course of action
• Research legal issues; new rules, regulations, and laws; and remain current on case law in the area of practice
• Adhere to a consistent schedule of hearings, court appearances, and case-related conferences
• Work with and supervise staff
