Associate Attorney - Employment Litigation
We are seeking a highly skilled, driven Associate Attorney to join our growing employment litigation team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload involving discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour, retaliation, PAGA, and sexual harassment matters.
The ideal candidate will have meaningful autonomy over their cases while thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. You will work closely with the Managing Partner and fellow attorneys to develop effective strategies and deliver exceptional results for clients.

We are seeking a highly skilled, driven Associate Attorney to join our growing employment litigation team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload involving discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour, retaliation, PAGA, and sexual harassment matters.
The ideal candidate will have meaningful autonomy over their cases while thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. You will work closely with the Managing Partner and fellow attorneys to develop effective strategies and deliver exceptional results for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth legal research on employment law issues to support litigation, client consultations, and legal strategy
- Analyze statutes, regulations, and case law to provide well-reasoned legal guidance
- Draft pleadings and litigation documents, including complaints, answers, motions, and briefs
- Manage case files, track deadlines, and maintain consistent communication with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
- Assist senior attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and witness preparation
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in employment litigation
- Exceptional legal writing and research skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency with legal research platforms and case management software
