This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of golf cart staging and parking areas, assisting guests, and supporting efficient daily operations. This role helps ensure a safe, welcoming, and well-managed environment for all guests.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of golf cart areas, parking lots, and surrounding spaces
- Assist guests with parking, cart staging, and general directions
- Retrieve, stage, and organize golf carts for daily use
- Monitor the area for safety hazards and report issues promptly
- Provide friendly, responsive customer service to all guests
- Support traffic flow and ensure compliance with parking guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth daily operations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Previous customer service experience
- Familiarity with golf carts and basic golf course etiquette
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
- Team-oriented with a willingness to assist where needed
- Primarily outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Requires standing and walking for extended periods
- Interaction with guests in a fast-paced environment
- May require lifting and moving equipment such as golf bags or carts
