We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing quality documentation, including investigations and deviations, and assisting with customer complaints.
Responsibilities
Complete quality documentation including investigations and deviations.
Assist with handling and resolving customer complaints.
Review batch records and ensure compliance with quality assurance standards.
Support the validation process and ensure adherence to GMP standards.
Essential Skills
Strong knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
Experience in batch record review and quality assurance.
Proficiency in managing investigations and deviations.
4-5+ years in a pharmaceutical quality role.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Science.
Experience with customer complaints and quality documentation.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00/hr.
