We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing quality documentation, including investigations and deviations, and assisting with customer complaints.

Responsibilities

• Complete quality documentation including investigations and deviations.

• Assist with handling and resolving customer complaints.

• Review batch records and ensure compliance with quality assurance standards.

• Support the validation process and ensure adherence to GMP standards.

Essential Skills

• Strong knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).

• Experience in batch record review and quality assurance.

• Proficiency in managing investigations and deviations.

• 4-5+ years in a pharmaceutical quality role.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science.

• Experience with customer complaints and quality documentation.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Cherry Hill, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00/hr.
