The Quality Review Specialist will be responsible for below specific duties.

Your specific duties will include:

• Monitor a pipeline of loans to ensure critical documents are received timely for disbursement and to support Service Level Agreement targets.
• Communicate with local offices, notaries, and Signing Providers to obtain signed documents in a timely manner.
• Complete Compliance Reviews to confirm funds are collected, documents are accurate, signatures are obtained, and acknowledgements and legal descriptions are correct.
• Identify and resolve defects found during Compliance Reviews prior to disbursement.
• Perform outlier tasks to support the overall process as needed.
• Deliver accurate, error-free work to customers.
• Ensure procedures are followed to minimize operational loss.
• Work with original documents in an in-office environment.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.

Required qualifications for the position include:

• High school diploma required.
• Knowledge of mortgage recording requirements.
• Excellent customer service skills with both internal teams and external clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail and self-motivation.

Preferred qualifications for the position include:

• Ability to become an expert in lender guidelines

Pay Rate Range: $20.97 - $22.22 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
