Litigation Associate

Qualifications and Experience:

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas (required).
• 5 years of legal experience, with a focus in insurance defense .
• Litigation experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills (required).
• Strong academic background (required).
• High level of integrity and self-motivation.
• Ability to analyze legal issues, develop strategies, and implement effective solutions.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively under pressure.
