Quality Analyst
Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join their team. As a Quality Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance department, supporting manufacturing and quality control processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to quality improvement, aligning successfully with the organization's commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

Shift: Other (08:00:AM - 05:00:PM)
What's the Job?
Coordinate sample pulls for multiple lines and products using ANSI standards, considering work order size and applicable AQLs.
Inspect products for quality and functional attributes using conformance checklists and Packaging Instructions.
Interpret inspection results and communicate findings effectively to the Lead Quality Engineer.
Document inspection results by time point and accurately enter data into the A70 master spreadsheet.
Route new and revised documents in EtQ to support validation procedural updates, requiring training within the EtQ system.
Perform weekly audits of manufacturing equipment settings and CILs to ensure ongoing quality standards are maintained.
Communicate audit findings weekly to QA and Manufacturing leadership, highlighting areas for resolution or improvement.
What's Needed?
Prior experience in Quality Assurance (QA) or Quality Control (QC) is preferred but not required.
Ability to use ANSI AQL tables and interpret inspection results accurately.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards.
Excellent communication skills to effectively share findings and collaborate with team members.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures, including EtQ.
