Duties include providing support and assistance with daily activities, promoting independence, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment, and engaging in meaningful social and recreational activities. Must have a compassionate and patient nature, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to individual needs. Relevant experience and a genuine interest in working with individuals with developmental needs are required. CPR and first aid certifications are preferred.
