- Lead and support complex litigation matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial materials
- Develop case strategy and conduct legal research
- Supervise associates
- Handle mediations, hearings, and trials
- Manage deadlines and billing
- Collaborate across offices
- Minimum 3+ years federal litigation experience
- ERISA class action experience a plus
- Experience managing cases/teams
- Financial services/products exposure valued
- Strong communication skills
- Work on impactful, high-profile class action matters.
- Collaborative, plaintiff-focused environment.
