Direct Counsel is seeking a Litigation Associate to join a leading law firm in Las Vegas. This role offers hands-on experience in complex commercial and business litigation across a variety of industries.

Responsibilities

• Handle commercial and business litigation matters
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and briefs
• Manage case strategy and support trial preparation
• Work independently and collaboratively on multiple matters

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of litigation experience (large law firm preferred)
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent organizational and case management abilities
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Nevada Bar admission required

Compensation & Benefits

• $185,000 - $215,000 base salary + bonus
