Summary
This position partners closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all materials and shipments meet Customer requirements and GracoRoberts quality standards. The role is responsible for processing, reviewing, and preparing customer order documentation for shipment, including Certificates of Analysis (C of A), test report data, and related certifications.
What You'll Do Every Day
  • Obtain, scan, and upload documentation related to customer sales orders within the ERP system
  • Prepare, review, and maintain documentation to ensure order and shipment compliance
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventative actions (CAPA)
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with AS9100/AS9120 standards
  • Assist with Quality Management System activities including internal audits and product inspections
  • Access supplier and customer portals for shipping authorizations and documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support quality and customer requirements
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of Quality Assurance-related experience
  • Associate degree preferred
  • Working knowledge of root cause and corrective action problem-solving tools
  • Experience in value-added distribution preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
