We are looking for a Head of Continuous Improvement and Quality to join Temperature+System Products, USA in Greenwood, IN to work with a dynamic team and deliver world-class temperature products. Endress+Hauser Temperature+System Products is one of the leading global suppliers of temperature measurement, temperature engineered solutions and system products.

What is the role about?

Are you passionate about building a strong continuous improvement culture while driving world-class quality and operational excellence? We're seeking a Head of Continuous Improvement & Quality to join our Senior Management Team and help shape the future of our Temperature+System Products business in the U.S.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll champion CI methodologies, strengthen quality systems, and partner closely with executive and plant leadership to deliver sustainable results.

Which tasks will you perform?

You will:

Continuous Improvement Leadership (60%)

  • Champion CI frameworks and toolsets such as Daily Management, Kaizen, VSM, 5S, Standard Work, Problem Solving, Policy Deployment (Hoshin/X-Matrix) and more
  • Build CI capability across the organization through coaching, training, workshops, and Kaizen events
  • Develop and manage CI roadmaps and Kaizen funnels to drive measurable performance gains
  • Partner with the General Manager and Senior Leadership Team to translate strategy into execution
  • Foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and excitement around continuous improvement

Quality Management Leadership (40%)

  • Lead and sustain a robust Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues
  • Manage internal, external, customer, and supplier audits
  • Oversee certifications and compliance (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO/IEC 17025, UL, CSA, ATEX, and more)
  • Ensure quality is embedded into daily operations across all functions

What do we expect from you?

You:

  • Strong experience in CI-based operating models
  • Proven success leading cross-functional CI initiatives in manufacturing environments
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and influencing skills
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capability
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related technical field
  • 5+ years deploying Lean / CI methodologies
  • 5+ years in Quality, Process, or Manufacturing Engineering roles
