Associates gain hands-on experience early, working directly with top trial and investigative attorneys on matters that frequently influence national headlines and regulatory landscapes.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will bring:
- 4+ years of securities litigation experience
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience with class actions, derivative suits, regulatory investigations, or internal corporate investigations
- Superior academic credentials
- Bar admission in the relevant office's state (or eligibility to sit/waive in)
This role is best suited for attorneys who want to litigate sophisticated securities and regulatory matters while working with some of the most innovative companies in the world.
Compensation & Benefits- Base Salary Range: $310,000 - $445,000
- Discretionary performance-based bonus
