The role involves ensuring that processes are embedded and understood across projects, packages, and support functions throughout Development and EPC. This will be achieved through teaching, coaching, and facilitating the implementation of quality tools and systems.
Key responsibilities include influencing others to effectively utilize quality tools and systems, promoting a continuous improvement culture, and accelerating progress toward optimal application of Quality systems.
- Promote a culture of quality excellence in systems, processes, behaviors, and accountability across Engineering, Project Services, and EPC Projects.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on quality matters.
- Teach and coach project personnel to develop skills and awareness for implementing quality tools and processes within the project/package.
- Identify best practices from projects and packages, share learnings at the EPC Quality Forum, and disseminate agreed-upon best practices across projects, packages, and support functions.
- Integrate with the Project Quality Management team to support reducing project quality risks to the lowest practicable level.
- Encourage a culture of continual quality improvement.
- Assist with front-end and back-end control of Synergi cases as needed.
- Facilitate the implementation of quality initiatives and complete other tasks as assigned by the Head of Quality - OF Dev & EPC.
- Coordinate with Project Quality Managers to ensure seamless implementation of quality initiatives within each project/package.

Work Schedule and LocationThe norm is a 5-day week with 8-hour days, offering hybrid and flexible working arrangements. The position requires up to one week per month of travel, including international travel. The ideal candidate will be local to Providence, RI, or Washington D.C.
Additional RequirementsMust have a valid driver's license and current state-required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
