Litigation Attorney

• Salary Range: Around $140,000
• Location: Atlanta, GA
• Work Model: Onsite (Preferred)

Mandatory Skills and Experience

Primary Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in litigation matters and manage cases through all phases of the litigation process.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Participate in court hearings, depositions, and case strategy discussions.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal teams to develop case strategies.
• Manage case files, evidence, and documentation effectively.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and legal guidance throughout the litigation process.

Qualifications and Education:

• Must be admitted to the Georgia Bar (preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in litigation.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and client management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
