Job Description

• Manage and maintain cost accounting systems to ensure accuracy in cost allocation and reporting.
• Analyze production costs and variances to support management decisions.
• Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Collaborate with operations and production teams to optimize cost efficiency.
• Oversee inventory valuation and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes for cost accounting.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting standards.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Operations / Supply Chain Finance Manager should have:

• A strong educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in cost accounting principles and practices within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
