This is a non-partner track position with a reduced billable hour requirement and no expectation of business development or firm management. $235,000 - $290,000 per year, depending on experience

Business Litigation Counsel

Key Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience handling complex business litigation matters
- Strong knowledge of civil procedure and significant courtroom
experience - Experience taking and defending depositions and managing litigation cases
- Preferred experience with consumer loan litigation, including contracts, loan agreements, wrongful foreclosure, and mortgage-related disputes
- Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar
- Excellent academic credentials and superior written and oral advocacy skills
