Plaintiffs' side employment litigation firm with caseload of 90% state/10% federal seeks full-time remote California barred associate with at least 3-5 years experience to focus exclusively on formal discovery and law and motion for a caseload consisting of class action/representative PAGA action/individual wage and hour/FEHA/wrongful termination/discrimination cases. Attorney will work with senior counsel to develop a discovery plan and strategy based on needs of a specific case and will be responsible for effectuating formal discovery and handling law and motion matters. The attorney is expected to have the ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management, knowledge of the California Code of Civil Procedure and FRCP and a strong organizational, multi-tasking, calendaring, and prioritizing skills.
