Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a Litigation Attorney with 3-10 years of experience to join a highly regarded firm specializing in construction law. The ideal candidate will have experience (or interest!) handling various construction litigation matters, including but not limited to construction defect claims, contract negotiation, disputes, and risk management. The Attorney will be responsible for negotiating and drafting construction contracts, subcontracts, and related agreements as well as provide advice on risk management and compliance with federal, state, and local construction laws.
